Place both tea bags in the freezer to cool for about 10-15 minutes. Lay down, place the tea bags over your eyes for 10-15 minutes (turning the tea bags over half way through), and relax. After you finish, throw the tea bags away and rinse your face with cool water to remove any tea stains. Make sure you also remove any residue with a cold damp washcloth.
