Banana chips is a popular delicious snacks, especially in Kerala. These are rich in saturated fat. This is great snack that goes well with almost all pre-dinner drinks. Let’s learn how to make this easy homemade banana chips.
Ingredients Required for Preparing Banana Chips
- Banana – 2
 - Red Chilli Powder – 1 Tsp
 - Cumin Seeds Powder – 1 Tsp
 - Salt – As per taste
 - Cooking Oil – As required
 
Method for Preparing Banana Chips
- Peel the skin off the Bananas and slice them into the shape of chips
 - Take a frying pan and heat the cooking oil in it
 - Now fry these sliced banana pieces by dropping the pieces one by one
 - Remove the fried banana pieces into a plate with steel skimmer.
 - Once all the banana pieces are fried and taken into plate, fry them once again all together.
 - Now remove these pieces from the oil and spread them on a bigger plate.
 - Immediately pour red chilly powder, cumin seeds powder, and salt on the fried banana pieces and mix well.
 - Once they get cooled, take them into a separate plate and serve them.
 - Your chips are ready to eat.
